PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparation for external user for skin which lasts and stabilizes the effect of salicyclic acid and gives no irritation to the skin. SOLUTION: This preparation is obtained by allowing the impalpable powder- like organic resin with a volume cumulative average particle diameter of 50μm or less to hold 0.1-30 wt.% of salicyclic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid and/or glycyrrhitinic acid. The impalpable powder-like organic resin with a volume cumulative average particle diameter of 50μm or less is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, nylon, polypropylene, polymethyl methacrylate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polyethylene isophthalate, polyester polyphenylene sulfide, polyethylene naphthalate, polyallylate, polycarbonate, polystyrene, cellulose and silicone.
