PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable blade of cutting an object such as a lead frame of semiconductor device and a signal wire of MR head and so on without an adverse effect by preventing a blade part from developing a static electricity, and making it non-magnetic material. SOLUTION: The ceramic cutting tool A has a blade part 5, 6 which consists of partial stabilization zirconia ceramics containing a stabilization agent in 16-30 wt.% at least one of Fe2 , O3 , Cr2 , O3 , NiO, Co3 , O4 or 12-25 wt.% at least one of TiC, WC, TaC. The blade part 5, 6 has a cubic and/or square crystal structure, and the total of cubic and square crystal or the amount of square crystal is 90% or more of all amount of zirconia, a porosity is 3% or less, modulus of rupture is 700 Mpa or more, surface resistivity is 10<7> -10<10>Ω.
