A valve is provided for use as a vacuum shut-off valve in a milking system. The valve includes a valve housing having an inlet port (18), an outlet port (20), and a web (28) between the inlet and outlet ports. The web has a pair of oppositely facing, concave sealing surfaces (36, 38). The valve further includes a pair of oppositely facing diaphragms (12, 13), with each of the diaphragms mounted on the housing to selectively engage one of the sealing surfaces of the web to block flow from the inlet port to the outlet port.
