The fixing system is formed by a principal strap (1), to the center of which is riveted a smaller strap (2), which allows for the securing of an extensible section (4). This section is formed as a half ring (5), which is fitted around the secondary strap, and a hook (6) at its upper end, which is attached to the vehicle. The principal strap is secured to the handle of the transfer bin by use of Velcro(RTM)
