<p>The starter panel comprises sub-assemblies that comprise a circuit-breaker (40), interconnection unit (50), contactor (60) and terminating block (70), all series-connected. The components' coplanar rear faces lie flat against the face-plate (21) of the base (20), which conceals a printed-circuit control board. The busbar chamber (10), cantilevered from one end of the base, abuts the circuit breakers, providing each with power and control connections. These connections, and those between the successive components of each subassembly, are readily consolidated or dismantled via front access holes (62). Adjoining component cases in each subassembly interlock with one another. Rear projections on the interconnection and terminating units lock with a sliding action into recesses in the face-plate. A retaining screw in the terminal unit then secures the subassembly.</p> |
