Data transmission in computer network

摘要

A mobile telephone (1) transmits a first, digital, alphanumerical message to a mobile radio receiver (2) coupled to a gateway computer (6), by which the message is read-out. The gateway computer generates from the first message a second, digital, alphanumerical message and transmits it over the computer network (8) to the receiver computer (9). Pref. the mobile radio receiver is also a mobile telephone with a connection to a computer. The two mobile telephones operate according to GSM standard. Independent claims are also provided for a data transmission system and a program for the data transmission.
