PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation in waterproofing performance, improve workability and enhance waterproof reliability by filling and curing low heat- conductive liquid thermoplastic resin and the like in the connection space of a metal frame divided into an indoor side and an outdoor side. SOLUTION: An indoor side frame 21 and an outdoor side frame 22 integrally molded with a seal material attaching part by an aluminum alloy-extrued section and the like are integrated through an intermediate body formed of synthetic resin such as rigid or semi-rigid polyethylene, vinyl chloride to form a sash body such as a window frame. The end of each frame body 21, 22 is filled with liquid butyl rubber 68 as a groove-filling means in the shipment stage frame a factory to be cured. Oblivion of waterproof processing and variation of waterproofness are eliminated, particularly, invasion of rainwater from the corner part of the sash is surely prevented. Thereby workability is made effective, and waterproofing reliability can be further enhanced. |
