PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device wherein a part is accurately mounted, even if the part is replaced due to the component being run-out. SOLUTION: A supply component vacuum-clamped with a vacuum-clamping nozzle is recognized at a specified recognition position by a component recognizing device, and based on the recognition result, a vacuum-clamping position is corrected and a vacuum-clamped component mounted on a substrate. When running out of the supply component is detected (step S1) and the component is replaced (step S4), the data for the supply component is newly obtained (step 5). Then based on the obtained data, the recognition position of the component after replacement is set. With this configuration, when a component is replaced due to its running out, calibration for a recognition position is executed automatically based on the newly obtained component data, so that a component is accurately mounted on the substrate without dislocation in mounting. |
