PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which enables a user to easily perform an interruption process during a printing process for a registered job. SOLUTION: The copying machine is equipped with a tray for a large number of original documents capable of automatically reading a large number of original documents, and an original-document single-feed tray for setting a single original document. When an original-document insertion detection sensor 516 provided for the original-document single-feed tray senses the presence of the original document (YES in #655) during a period of time when the original documents are read by the tray for a large number of original documents, a request for interruption reading is made (#660), and the original document set on the original-document single-feed tray is read. |
