METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLANNING PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan a production schedule which is optimum about a flow shop type process that has constraints about quantity of intermediate products stored in an intermediate storage. SOLUTION: A product data inputting part 11 first outputs data of a working order that is decided about each kind of a product C to a working order producing part 12. The part 12 decides a working order of every lot of each kind of a 2nd intermediate product B based on a prescribed operation expression on the assumption of the working order of the decided product C. Next, the part 12 decides a working order of every lot of the kind of a 1st intermediate product A in order of what corresponds to the kind of the product B whose working order is early. A simulator part 14 inputs the working order of each lot which is decided by the part 12 as working order data and performs simulation by using a simulation model 13. An outputting part 15 outputs a production schedule 16 based on the simulation result.
