<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accident of falling down and prevent peeking from the outside by fixing obstacle plates having a large depth to a surface facing the indoor of a vertical portion of a grid plate. SOLUTION: A column 1 is erected with a bracket 3 on a rising portion a. Vertical grooves 2, 2 are formed at both the sides of the column 1, and both side edges of a grid plate 4 with window holes 7 by intersecting vertical portions 5 to horizontal sections 6 are inserted to the corresponding vertical grooves 2, 2. Next, horizontal members 8 having a hollow rectangular cross section with projected 9, 9 at the lower and upper portions of the columns 1, 1 are horizontally extended and fixed with brackets 10 and bolts 11. Next, attaching holes 12 are drilled at the position coinciding with the vertical portion 5 of the corresponding face of the horizontal member 8, and both upper and lower end portions of the obstacle plate 13 having a large depth are inserted. Then, the grid plate 4 is clamped between a projected piece 9 and a obstacle plate 13 and then fixed. Then, a handrail b is installed and fixed above the horizontal member 8 at the upper side at the upper end of the column 1 with a certain gap provided between the handrail b and the horizontal member 8. By doing this, any child is unable to climb up the grid plate 4 by using child's hands and feet.</p> |
