<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the tension fluctuation suppression device of a steel sheet coiling machine, which can suppress a tension fluctuation even with a low responsiveness motor, in particular a significant tension fluctuation for a small coil diameter/a high rolling speed and has a simple structure as well as a high responsiveness. SOLUTION: The tension fluctuation suppression device 10 is provided with a copying roll 12 which copies a coil diameter in contact with a coil C of a steel sheet in coiling to a coiling machine 3 of a rolling mill 2, a pressing roll 13 which is arranged to a frame 11 mounted the copying roll 12 and imparts tension to a steel sheet W and an energizing means 14 which energizes the frame 11 toward the coil C (e.g. a spring mechanism having a spring 14a). A tension fluctuation due to a local diameter change of the coil C generated to a difference in level part formed at a tip of a coiling steel sheet is instantly suppressed.</p> |
