发明名称 METHOD TESTING FUNCTIONAL DEPENDENCE OF MOLECULAR MASS OF POLYMER ON INDIRECT PARAMETERS
摘要 FIELD: study of physical and chemical parameters of polymer melts, production of chemical fibers and plastic materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in measurement of molecular mass of polymer with use of functional dependence of its value on power consumed by electric motor of agitator of reactor where polymer is and on indirect parameters such as load of reactor, temperature of polymer, voltage and frequency of electric network, losses in electric drive of agitator. In turn each of indirect parameters is altered by first abrupt change leaving all other indirect parameters unchanged. After first transition process in electric drive of agitator same indirect parameter is altered by second abrupt change. After termination of second transition process measured values of molecular mass are interpolated within time interval from first change to end of second transition process. Accuracy of functional dependence is evaluated by value of difference between measured molecular mass and interpolated molecular mass. EFFECT: increased measurement accuracy by way of making functional dependence of molecular mass of polymer on indirect parameters and scale coefficients more exact. 1 cl, 1 dwg
