FIELD: chemical industry, more particularly fine organic and organometal synthesis. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes preparation of new organoaluminium compounds of formula (1): and (2): which are useful as components of catalyst systems in processes of oligomerization and polymerization of olefins and diene hydrocarbons. Method comprises reacting disubstituted acetylenes of formula: wherein R is H-C3H7,, H-C4H9, or Ph with ethylaluminium dichloride and metallic magnesium in molar ratio of 10: (15-25):(10-14), respectively, in the presence of zirconacene dichloride in amount of 2-6 mole % with respect to disubstituted acetylene. Reaction is carried out in argon atmosphere under normal conditions. Reaction time is 8-12 hours. Solvent includes diethyl ethyl and benzene in 1:1 ratio. Yield of desired products is 58-75%.
