PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a steel cord and a steel radial tire having a low elongation and excellent rubber permeability. SOLUTION: In a steel cord of two-layer twisting which is embedded in a rubber molding product and used and has two wires at the central part and 5-6 wires at the side part, at least one or more wires among the side wires are two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally wave and the steel cord has 1.0-1.5 flatness ratio as a whole and 1.10-2.25 wire diameter ratio of the central wires to the side wires. |
