The hinged loft ladder (1) includes a caisson (2) fixed in a passage way (3) of a loft (5). The ladder has two hinges (7, 8) fixed by U section rails (9) to a front floor (10) of the caisson. U-section fixing rails (11) of the hinges are fixed on the rear side of the caisson cover (13). Each hinge has a hinged lever (14).
