The pin consists of a threaded rod (1) joined to a head (8) made from a plastics material whose lower part is perpendicular to the rod (1). The upper part of this head is provided with a section (9) to which can be applied a screwing torque. The upper part of the rod contains an enlarged part (2) and a reduced part (3) where a washer (7) with radial protrusions is located. The whole of the upper section of the rod is molded into the plastics head.
