The two- part device (Cityrapid) is suitable for load delivery with several loading chambers suited for taking along electric vehicles and goods. The electric vehicles are charged up by charging devices in the Cityrapid during the journey. The electric vehicle for the street journey is driven by a battery. Service stations are provided to regenerate and renew the Cityrapid, Cityrapid parts and electric vehicles. With the crossing of the electric vehicle from the street access ramp over the stopping point of the Cityrapid into the loading space, a minimal time span passes.
