<p>The invention concerns a system wherein the terminal (100) and the card (200) comprise each means for transmitting-receiving an electromagnetic field and the card comprises a chip (210) with processing circuits and a writeable store controlled by the terminal. The terminal comprises means for temporarily inhibiting the electromagnetic field transmitted or reducing its power, and means, separate from said means for transmitting-receiving the electromagnetic field, for detecting the presence of a card in the terminal action zone, the field being not transmitted, or not transmitted at full power, or only transmitted by the terminal after the card presence has been detected.</p> |
