The insert comprises two parts. The first part (1) has at least one fastening member (10,11) on the outside at rear end (7) or front end (8), for temporary or permanent fastening to bone. The second part (2) can be attached to first part by connector (15) and closes passage (9) through the first part completely when fitted.
