The holder is a strap (12,13) fixable under pretension between the swiveled opened boot flap (3) and the boot space (6) so that when the strap is fixed the boot flap rests on the protruding goods (7). The strap winds up in the rest state and in the extended state of the strap the winder exerts a tensile force on the strap.
