PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate an externally operable differential lock mechanism into a differential gear for allocating driving force by a speed sensitive torque transmitting mechanism. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a differential case 3 which is rotatively driven by an engine, a viscosity couplings 5, 7 in which a housing 25 is connected to the differential case 3 and hubs 39, 41 are connected to output shafts 43, 45, moving members 61, 63 penetrated on side walls 85, 87 of the differential case 3, projection parts 51, 53 of the hubs 29, 31 of the housing 25, engaging clutches 9, 11 which are arranged between the clutch members 69, 71 of the projection parts 51, 53 sides and cam rings 61, 63 and for locking a differential, and actuators 13, 15 engaged with the clutches 9, 11 by moving and operating the cam rings 61, 63.
