PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly clean a filter by letting cleaning liquid flow down uniformly all over the surface of the filter of a range hood. SOLUTION: In the filter-cleaning device of a range hood, which supplies cleaning liquid into a cleaning liquid trough 24 through a cleaning liquid supply pipe 28, and lets cleaning liquid fall from the cleaning liquid supply hole into a filter 11, and lets the cleaning liquid flow down along the filter so as to clean it, the discharge port 28a of a cleaning liquid supply pipe 28 is counterposed downward apart to the section 30b a little to the rear of the bottom plate 30 of a cleaning liquid trough 24, and the cleaning liquid drained off the discharge port 28a flows foruard while spreading in the right and left direction, and an equal quantity of cleaning liquid flows into each cleaning liquid supply port, and an equal quantity of cleaning liquid drops from each cleaning liquid supply port. |
