摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress blocking and to make element winding workability satisfactory by forming a specified resin coated layer on at least one surface a plastic-film supporting body within the specified thickness range and setting the surface roughness of the resin coated surface of the film and the surface roughness of the supporting body in a specified range. SOLUTION: The surface roughness of a plastic film that is a supporting body is in a range of 10-50 nm. The thickness of the plastic film is set in the range of 1-50μm. Furthermore, in the range wherein a resin coated layer is formed, the glass transition point of the resin is set in a range of 0-100 deg.C. In addition, the surface roughness of the resin coated surface of the dielectric film for a capacitor is set in a range of 10-80 nm, and the thickness of the resin coated layer is set in a range of 0.2-10μm. Then, the resin coated surface of the dielectric film for the capacitor and the electrode metal are made to face opposite so as to be in contact, and the capacitor is formed through lamination or winding.
