PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute a new fan service function through a betting member card/system utilizing an IC card by detecting the hit determination of plural specified races on the mutually different fixtures based on stored contents in a race betting content storage part. SOLUTION: A memory 7 inside an IC card 1 has a race betting content storage part 15 constituted so as to store race betting content data for every individual race betting. At a data processing means 31 of host equipment 30, a race betting content data storage means 32 successively stores and writes race betting content data into the race betting content storage part 15 each time race voting is executed. Based on the stored contents in the race betting content storage part 15, a detecting means 33 detects the hit determination of plural specified races on the mutually different fixtures. In this case, mutual communication between the IC card 1 and the host equipment 30 is performed through respective prescribed serial communication means 5 and 9. |
