<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a closed loop of a clock system from being formed even among three or more transmitters with respect to the transmitter used for a node equipment of a backbone group network and the signal transmission method in the synchronization network. SOLUTION: Relating to the signal transmission method, the transmitter is provided with a clock extract section 302 that extracts plural clock signals from a reception signal, a selection section 303 that selects the clock signal for transmission of a transmission signal, a relay transmission section 304 that uses the selected clock signal to relay and send the transmission signal, an identification information notice section 305 that informs identification information of a clock supply system of the selected clock to a receiver side, a relay reception section 306 that relays and receives the transmission signal, an identification information extract recognition section 307 that extracts and recognizes the identification information of the clock signal included in the transmission signal relayed and received, and an inhibit setting section 308 that inhibits and sets the selection of the clock signal resulting from the transmission signal having already been relayed and sent as the clock signal included in the transmission signal to be relayed and send based on the recognition result of the identification information.</p> |
