<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a scalable multicomputer system provided with high communication performance by combining a simple programmed shared memory and message transfer as scalability. SOLUTION: The (n) pieces of processor elements 1', 1"-1<n> (n)=1, 2 and natural number} provided in this parallel computer system are interconnected through a common communication network O for appropriately indicating a large band width and low latency. That is, communication manager devices 6', 6"-6<n> are inserted between communication equipments 4', 4"-4<n> as the transfer of messages and local data transfer systems 5', 5"-5<n> and local data memories 3', 3"-3<n> are provided as the shared memory of the respective processor elements 1', 1"-1<n> . Thus, the scalable multicomputer system provided with the high communication performance is formed.</p> |
