PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user carrying a portable equipment from leaving a business establishment with/without malice after the user uses the portable equipment provided exclusively for the use in the business establishment within the business establishment. SOLUTION: A detection signal 2 is provided to an entrance/exit of a business establishment as a portable equipment detection area. The detection section 2 is provided with a detection use transmitter-receiver 6 using a unique control signal and a radio wave barrier 20. When a user carrying a PS (mobile station) 8 intrudes into the area, the PS (mobile station) 8 tries to make position registration again. A private branch of exchange 11 detecting the operation uses a controller 9 to form a warning signal and gives the warning to the user that the user carries the PS (mobile station) 8 via a display device 10. |
