HOT AIR HEATER WITH AIR CLEANER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from being blown out when heating operating is started in the beginning of winter season by fixing a cover to the hot air diffuser of a hot air heater and inserting the hinge part of the cover into the body. SOLUTION: High temperature exhaust gas 10 produced from a burner 1 by burning gas at the time of heating operation is mixed in the combustion wind passage 11 of a combustion chamber 2 with convection air 7a passed through a convection filter 8 and diffused through a hot air diffuser 5 at the lower part on the front face by means of a convection fan 4. On the other hand, air cleaning air 14a is sucked through a suction port 9 by turning an air cleaning fan 12 and discharged from a diffuser 11 after dust and odor are removed through an air cleaning filter 10. A cover 15 is provided at the hot air diffuser 5 such that it can be swung outwards by a hinge part 15a disposed at the hole part 6a of a case 6. When the hot air heater is not operated, the diffuser 5 is closed with the cover 15 thus preventing intrusion of dust.
