The cutout has a baseplate (20) and four side walls (26, 28) extending for at least the length of the baseplate and separated from it by fold lines (22, 24). The first pair of side walls are identical. They have a fold line (30) producing a resting region (34) and holes (36) for holding tongues (38) on the tabs (40) on the ends of the other pair of side walls (28). When folded, all four tongues are inserted in their holes. The second pair of side walls is at an angle of more than 90 deg to the baseplate.
