Grease composition for rolling bearings

A grease composition for rolling bearing containing a thiocarbamate derivative represented by the formula (1): wherein R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<4> are the same or different groups and denote a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 18 carbon atoms, and X denotes S-Cu-S, S-Ni-S, S, S-S, S-S-S-S, S-CH2-S, S-(CH2)2-S or S-(CH2)3-S, in an amount of 0.05 to 10 mass% with respect to the total amount of the composition. The present grease composition exhibits a long flaking life.
