PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling device for a bottle, by which the conventionally produced bottle is used as it is and a whole device part with a probability to be a cause for sticking bacteria to the bottle or a filling liquid during a work is sterilized by steam without using a chemical method such as a hydrogen peroxide. SOLUTION: The outer surface and the inner surface of the bottle are sterilized by an ultraviolet-ray method through the use of bottle outer/inner surface sterilizing parts 2 and 3. After that, a liquid body is filled by a filling part 4 axenically. Then, a seal material which is sterilized and processed in an external part is introduced to the device axenically so as to seal it by a seal part 5. Sterilization is previously executed by high-temp. vapor which is put inside from a vapor introducing port 17 and a series of works for sterilizing, filling and sealing are executed inside a pressure container with an open part(door) to the entrance/exit of the bottle to the device. Axenic air is permitted to flow in the pressure container from an air introducing port 18 and pressure inside the pressure container is kept to be normally higher than that in the outside of the container so that the bacteria are prevented from intruding from the outside of the pressure container. |
