PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a garment having an effect for preventing traffic accidents and used for traffic safety. SOLUTION: This method for producing a garment for traffic safety comprises forming a cloth 1 into a cylindrical shape, setting the cylindrical cloth to a support 3 in a bellow-like shape, spraying a brightening coating on the bellow-like cloth with a spray 5 to form wave-patterned colored portions 7 due to the brightening coating in the cloth 1, detaching the cloth 1 from the support 3, and subsequently sewing the patterned cloth into the garment. Since the wave-patterned colored portions 7 due to the brightening coating are formed in the garment, the colored portions can give cautions to the drivers of cars and thereby beforehand prevent the generation of traffic accidents. |
