PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a top clear sheet for a decorating sheet having good weather resistance, adhesion strength between layers and also processing properties. SOLUTION: This top clear sheet for a decorating sheet is a sheet made from a polypropylene resin containing a small amount of polyethylene, and shows (5:10) (9.5:10) range of a peak height ratio of absorptions at 1458-1464 cm<-1> to 1370-1378 cm<-1> in the wave number of an infrared absorption spectrum in the infrared absorption spectrum chart measured by using a microscopic infrared spectrophotometer.
