<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and promptly perform a required power failure coping processing and to prevent the generation of west confusions inside facilities by having respective connection equipment automatically perform individual operations at the time of a power failure by a central controller, in the case that the power failure occurs. SOLUTION: When a power source 6 fails, the power source 7 for backup outputs power failure detection signals to the central controller 5. At the time of detecting the power failure detection signals from the backup power unit 7, the central controller 5 reads data related to the operations at the time of the power failure from a storage means 8 and instructs the operations at the time of the power failure to a ticket-issuing machine 2, an entering gate device 3 and a leaving gate device 4. Thus, when a power failure occurs, since the central controller 5 have the respective connection equipment 2, 3 and 4 automatically perform individual operations at the time of the power failure, the need is eliminated for a person in charge to go directly to the respective connection equipment 2, 3 and 4 and to perform the operation of switching an operation mode, so as to make the respective connection equipment 2, 3 and 4 perform the operations at the time of the power failure. Thus, the generation of the useless confusions inside the facilities is prevented.</p> |
