<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a harness of connecting a sensor electrode with a circuit part and sufficiently release stress even if stress is applied between the sensor electrode and the circuit part by composing the sensor electrode of at least two electrodes, one electrode being provided with a substantially L-shaped terminal part and the other electrode being provided with a substantially U-shaped terminal part with resilience. SOLUTION: Terminal parts 10aa and 10ca to be connected to a circuit part are integrally formed at electrodes 10a and 10c. At these terminal parts 10aa and 10ca, direct bending processing is applied to the electrodes 10a and 10c, and these electrodes are formed with resilience. At one electrode 10c, a substantially L-shaped terminal part 10ca is formed, and at the other electrode 10a, a substantially U-shaped terminal part 10aa is formed. At the ends of each of terminal parts 10aa and 10ca, pin-shaped mounting pins 10ab and 10cb are provided so as to be fixed to the circuit part, and with the electrode 10a and 10c being fixed to a housing, an electrode input terminal of the circuit part is inserted through and fixed to the mounting pins 10ab and 10cb.</p> |
