PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which assembles a protection conduit unit, which is pushed into a tunnel and connected to an already installed protection conduit unit, so as to have a construction fit to a unit truck which accompanies a piping system and which can be used repeatedly. SOLUTION: An assembly device consists of an assembly jig 22 and an assembly frame 23 which is detachably attached to the jig 22. The assembly frame 23 is composed of an end plate 26, through which the receptacle of a protection conduit unit is inserted for support, a lower frame 27 which supports the bottom surface of the protection conduit unit and detachable side frames 28 which link the end plate 26 and the lower frame 27 with each other. Grounding legs 35 are provided on the lower surface of the lower frame 27. The protection conduit unit and the assembly frame 23 are mounted on the unit truck.
