PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the luminance of emitted light and to produce a light emitting sheet at a comparatively low cost by constituting the light emitting sheet by successively laminating a reflecting layer, a diffusing layer where many transparent minute spheres are spread and a light emitting layer. SOLUTION: This light emitting sheet 5 is constituted by successively laminating the reflecting layer 2, the diffusing layer 6 where many transparent beads 7 are spread and the light emitting layer 3 on a base substance 1 and further sticking releasing paper 9 to the upper surface of the light emitting layer 3 through an adhesive layer 8. The bead 7 constituting the diffusing layer 6 is made of a glass ball or a plastic ball like a sphere. It is desirable to use the bead having a glossy surface in order to enhance the diffusion and reflection efficiency of light as the bead 7. It is desirable to set the diameter of the bead 7 to about 2-40μm. In the case of setting the diameter in such a range, irregular luminance is hardly caused. If the diameter of the bead is smaller than 2μm, the surface of the diffusing layer 6 becomes a mirror surface and the diffusion and reflection efficiency of the light is lowered, so that the luminance is not enhanced. On the other hand, if the diameter of the bead is larger than 40μm, there is a possibility that irregular color development and the irregular luminance are caused.
