PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an automatic updating and accumulation of the latest data by classifying data files into plural programs and transmitting them, updating for plural times the data contents of the data files and transmitting an update information table, including an update time together with the update information file with regard to a program to be broadcast. SOLUTION: A control part 14 receives update information file and holds described update information table. Then, a tuner 11 similarly receives a data signal transmitted by a radio wave and transmits it to a data extraction part 12. The data extraction part 12 extracts a signal of the data file from the data signal, turns it into a file and transmits to a data accumulation control part 16 from the control part 14 as a data file. The control part 14 instructs a power source control part 15 to disconnect a power source connection after the completion of accumulation of the data file has been confirmed. A user displays the contents of a desired data file on the browser and views them.
