PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information input device with a simple structure with which even a visually handicapped person can operate a screen that is in common with a reisually usual person. SOLUTION: A screen search start detection area 17, which switches an operation mode to a screen search mode is added to a part of a touch panel 8 of an information input device having the transparent panel 8 on the screen of a display device. Thus, the screen search mode is set when the area 17 is touched by finger. Then, the meaning of the push button placed at a touched part of the panel 8 is read aloud in voices and then outputted via a speaker in the screen search mode. |
