PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectually generate a large amount of steam. SOLUTION: Water from a water feed pipe 18 is supplied to a water scattering member 30 mounted on a tip end of a rotary shaft 16 of a fan motor 16. The water scattering member 30 is adapted such that a slit shaped cutout is provided in a cylindrical hollow peripheral wall. The supplied water becomes fine water droplets through the water secttering member 30 and is scatterred to surroundings, and is then brought into collision with the fan 17, aqnd is further made fine like fog. The droplets are sent to the neighborhood of the heater 12 entrained on an air stream produced by the fan 17. The heater 12 is induction heated with an rf current flowing through the coil 13, and the fog like water droplets are instantaneously vaporized and are fed into the heating chamber 1 together with hot air. |
