Lavatory comprises a prefabricated structure on a reinforced concrete slab, having separate doors (3, 7) for owners and their pets and three replaceable litter trays (11) inside. The middle tray of the three has a wooden post (21) in a socket for male dogs to urinate against, so they do no spoil the walls. The litter in the trays and the post are treated to make them attractive to dogs.
