PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the effect evaluation of a support system which improves the human work processing capability and a system constitution proposal which is applied to a work process by evaluating the functional support of the system to the work process to be applied and deriving systematically the excess/ deficiency points of the work support and the system offer function. SOLUTION: The resources serving as the system components are previously registered in a resource library 101 via a process/system model definition part 106. The adaptability is analyzed at an adaptability analysis arithmetic processing part 108 for the information processing types and the level/interaction processing types. The adaptability evaluation result and the analysis result are visually displayed in graphs at a proposal system constitution decision processing part 109 and an analysis/evaluation result display processing part 110. Thus, the result information including the support effect degree set to a work process, the item and type of the work process having its excess/ deficiency support, the excess/deficiency degrees of functions of the system constitution candidates and the processing function effect of the personal resources can be offered with high visibility. |
