An external cone (5) is formed between the head (2) and the pin (6) and tapers away from the head and changes into the pin. The external cone can interact with the corresponding internal cone of the mounting through-hole in order to fix the pin in it. The length of the external cone is somewhat greater than the length of the through-hole. A plain washer is fitted between the nut (7) screwed onto the free end of the pin and the pivoting element (9) and its hole diameter is such that the tapered end of the external cone enters it.
