At least one cavity (5) is covered by a flap-lid (6) and has bearing pins at opposite ends. The bearing pins (9) are pivot mounted in swivel bearings in guides having guide grooves (20) pointing towards the base (3) of the longitudinal groove (2), narrower than the bearing diameter. The bearing pins are longer and narrower than the guide groove width so that the opened flap-lid slides towards the groove base. Both guides are positioned in a basic body (13) which has side connections (81, 19) engaging with catches gripping (16, 17) round sides of the covering strip (4).
