PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a single person to reliably fuse an insertion port without causing wrinkles on a bag material by sticking an adhesive double coated tape of an approximately equal length to that of a heating line of a seal receiver to spots of adhesive agent and coating a half or more of an exposed face of the adhesive double coated tape by a non-adhesive material with dispersed pores provided. SOLUTION: An adhesive double coated tape is stuck to one of sides of a heating line 2 in parallel at a slight distance, and the adhesive double coated tape is covered by a non-adhesive material 7 with pores 6 dispersed. Therefore since an adhesive agent layer is exposed in the pores 6 of the non-adhesive material 7, an inlet port of a deaeration-packaging bag with contents put in is mounted from a side with the adhesive double coated tape to cover the heating line 2, and both ends of an insertion port is pulled to stick one of faces of the insertion port to the exposed adhesive face from the pores 6. A lever 3 is rotated in this state to cause a tip 5 to press a switch 4, whereby films constituting the insertion port interposed between the heating line 2 and the pressed part are heated and pressurized to be fused to each other. |
