PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new oligodeoxyribonuclotide, comprising an oligodeoxyribonucleotide having a specific nucleotide sequence, having growth suppressing activities against leukemic cells and useful for a therapeutic agent or the like for leukemia effective in treatment or the like of the leukemia. SOLUTION: This new oligodeoxyribonucleotide has a nucleotide sequence represented by any one of formulae I to V or the like, has growth suppressing activities against leukemic cells and is useful as a therapeutic agent or the like for leukemia effective in treatment or the like of the leukemia. The oligodeoxyribonucleotide is obtained by synthesizing a 14 to a 20-mer oligodeoxyribonucleotide wholly or partially complementary to a creb mRNA as a desired sequence with a DNA/RNA automatic synthesizer using a nucleoside 3'-0-phosphoramidite derivative prepared by protecting 5'-hydroxyl group thereof with 4,4'-dimethoxytrityl group and amino group in a base moiety with an acyl group. |
