PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antibacterial polyolefin film which is excellent in transparency and exhibits excellent antibacterial characteristics under normal temperature and humidity conditions by adding dimethyl-dialkyl-ammonium chloride expressed by a specific constitutional formula and another surfactant to polyolefin resin to form a film having a specific surface resistance value. SOLUTION: Polyolefin resin is preferably resin mainly containing polypropylene. Dimethyl-dialkyl-ammonium chloride is cationic surfactant which is expressed by a constitutional formula. Parts of alkyl chains R1, R2 are C8 to C18, wherein 0.1 to 1 pts.wt. is added to 100 pts.wt. of polyolefin resin. Another surfactant to be used together may be alkyldiethanol amine or the like, wherein 0.2 to 1 pts.wt. is added to 100 pts.wt. of polyolefin resin. A surface of the polyolefin film is activated by corona discharging or the like after molding to make a surface resistant value less than 10<14>Ω/(square), thereby exhibiting antibacterial characteristics.
