PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of dust and occurrence of its diffusion by a method wherein, in an air filter for elevated temperature wherein a filter medium is fixed by being stored in a framework via a pair of heat resisting spacers, and a cushioning material is put between upper and lower edges of the filter medium and the framework, the filter medium is fixed with a thickness interval holding material. SOLUTION: A filter medium 2 in an air filter for elevated temperature additively fitted along a clean oven or the like is composed of a glass fiber felt 2a and a heat resisting network 2b. The filter medium 2 is fixed by being stored in the framework 1 by being pleated zigzag, and a cushioning material 5 is put between the filter medium 2 and upper and lower frame members of the framework 1. In this case, a pair of heat resisting spacers 8 are composed of a linear base rod 8a crossing horizontally an opening face of the framework 1, and a wavy rod 8b having a plurality of space preserving projections 9 holding an interval by being inserted into a space between a linear base rod 8a crossing horizontally an opening surface of the framework 1 and a wavy filter medium part of the filter medium 2. Then, the filter medium 2 is made to hold stably an wavy interval from its air flow going out and in faces side with the heat resisting spacer 8. |
