PURPOSE:To melt snow sticking to the inside of a tire housing, by installing a platelike heating element in and around a mudguard setting position inside the tire housing. CONSTITUTION:A platelike heating element 4 is attached to an inner surface located more rearward than a front wheel 3 in a tire housing. This heating element 4 is heated when it is energized with a continuous rating current. And, a temperature sensor (unillustrated herein) is installed in this heating element 4 in advance, and when the heating element 4 becomes less than the specified temperature, this temperature sensor detects it and energizes the heating element 4 with the current. Therefore, the heating element 4 is heated, melting ice and snow sticking to the inner surface of the tire housing 2.
